I am going to steal her christmas decorations and write her a ransom note using letters cut out of magazines, then I am going to put it on her front door.
I am going to write her a complaint about how she plays her music too loud, then I am going to put it on her front door.
I am going to write her a stalker letter that will scare her, then I am going to put it on her front door.
I am going to take a picture of her house and photoshop flames over it, then I am going to put it on her front door.
After all that:
I am going to write the neighbor a love letter, then I am going to put it on her front door.
I am going to make her a treasure map that leads to the place where i hid her christmas decorations, then I am going to put it on her front door.
I am going to write her a compliment about how much i love her loud music, then i am going to put it on her front door.
I am going to write her a secret admirer letter that will make her blush, then I am going to put it on her front door.
I am going to take a picture of her house and then photoshop a new paint job and some decent decorations on it, then I am going to put it on her front door
